1. Metal ceramic bridge on natural teeth

In spite of his youth, this patient suffers from advanced periodontitis. Because of this health issue, almost all of his teeth of the superior dental arch needed to be removed, except 6 teeth which were luckily enough to hold a complete metal ceramic bridge. Her lower teeth were bleached by Philips Zoom whitening technology, so she got bach her beautiful smile.

2. Metal ceramic bridge on natural teeth

The previously prepared dental crowns of our 74-Year-Old patient needed to be removed because of esthetic problems. After the removal of the old crowns, we made an upper full-arch metal ceramic bridge fixed on her teeth. The age of patient, her facial characteristics and her guidelines were taken into consideration while making this natural-looking bridge.

5. Metal ceramic bridge anchored on natural teeth

Following replacement of the missing teeth with implants the maxillary arch was restored with metal ceramic crowns. Seeing as our young female patient’s teeth had a marked alignment in the first place, we tried to fabricate crowns that would emulate her teeth as nearly as possible. The result turned out to be decidedly lifelike, with the replacement teeth closely resembling her natural teeth.

6. Metal ceramic full-arch bridge

Following root-canal treatment of all the upper teeth and reinforcing them with post-and-core abutments, the full-arch metal ceramic bridge was ready to be placed on. The smile line became uniform and healthy looking, making its wearer confident again after all these years.

7. Natural teeth borne metal ceramic bridges

The teeth of our patient, aged 70, reinforced with post-and-cores served as a sound basis for the fabrication of crowns despite the heavy wear they have been subject to. The posterior teeth were restored by implants. During the aesthetic planning the patient’s facial traits, age and appearance were taken into account to achieve as lifelike results as possible.

8. Full-arch metal ceramic bridge on the maxillary bone

In certain cases, the teeth require no major preliminary treatment (root-canal treatment, post-and- core abutment) prior to crowns being placed on them. Our middle-aged patient’s teeth only needed to be filed down and a full-arch metal ceramic bridge placed thereon. The patient was also provided with a night guard protecting the ceramic from impacts.
