1. Metal ceramic full-arch implant bridges on upper and lower jaw
The patient’s need for comfort and financial resources enabled the tooth replacement by fixed dental bridges on the upper and lower jaw as well. The bridge on the upper jaw is fixed on 6 implants, the lower bridge is fixed on 8 DIO implants which is extremly stabile.
 
 
2. Metal ceramic full-arch bridge on upper jaw fixed on 7 implants
The patient’s all teeth on the upper jaw needed to be removed because of serious dental problems. After the recovery, 7 implants were placed and the final step was the preparation of metal ceramic bridge.
 
 
3. Upper and lower full-arch metal ceramic bridges fixed on 8-8 implants
This middle-aged lady came to our clinic completely toothless. Her condition effected negativly her vitality and well-being. She choose one of the most esthetic fix solutions: full-arch bridges fixed on implants. For maximum stability, we inserted 8-8 implants both below and above, and made 2 fix bridges. We restored the smile of this aging lady by an upper full-arch implant bridge. The rehabilitation of the lower jaw was also realized by metal ceramic bridge laying on implants and natural teeth.
 
 
5. Lower full arch bridge on implants, upper removable prothesis
After the removal of all teeth of our 70-year-old patient, we prepared a full arch metal-ceramic implant bridge on 7 implants fixed by cement-retained abutments on the lower jaw. Because of the lack of bone volume, we prepared an aesthetic and stable prothesis for the upper jaw.
 
 
6. Upper and lower metal-ceramic bridges on implants and on natural teeth
Our middle-aged male patient reported to our clinic with previously installed upper implants and had abutments mounted on them supporting a cement-retained full-arch upper bridge with metal ceramic crowns. The lower teeth also received metal ceramic crowns, which put an end to several years of edentulous state, and gave the patient a healthy broad smile.
 
 
7. Lower and upper zirconia bridges on implants and natural teeth
Teeth had to be removed from both the posterior upper and lower region, which were restored by Straumann implants. Following healing time, natural teeth remaining in the front region and the rear implants were used as abutments for two cement-retained zirconia bridges.
 
 
8. Cement-retained full-arch metal-ceramic bridge on upper implants
Most of the upper teeth had to be removed and were restored by 7 implants to accommodate a cement-retained full-arch bridge further anchored on 3 natural teeth. Teeth in the lower arch also served as abutments to a full-arch metal ceramic bridge.
 
 
9. Metal ceramic full-arch bridges following bone graft performed by Dr. István Urbán
Following a complex series of treatments, our patient left with two impeccable full-arch metal ceramic bridges. The bone deficiency called for a bone graft which was performed by Dr. István Urbán. Following 8 months’ healing time 7 implants were mounted in the mandibular arch and 6 in the maxillary arch, supporting abutments carrying the two cement-retained full-arch bridges.
 
 
10. Full-arch metal ceramic bridge supported by 6 implants
6 implants were installed into the maxillary bone which received a full-arch metal ceramic bridge. This method qualifies as a routine procedure, with the replacement teeth being both stable and high-standard.
